[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion, I thought the feel of the shoe was great overall, true to size. However the fit could be a tad bit wider at the top. The design is great, very versatile, whether you are going to ball, for a run or just for a casual occasion. It’s fitting for all. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, also seems easy to wash if necessary. I love the look of the shoe the most, the grey color specifically was a great choice. Also love the almost metallic look to the shoe as well. The only thing I would change would be the width, as mentioned before. The shoe could be a bit wider towards the top. Overall great product and a wonderful addition to Nike.

I was stunned upon opening the box and seeing them for the first time they are a beautiful pair of shoes, and very comfy! Great for long days in an adventure park or even for some ball! I absolutely loved them, I love the details along the upper they add lots of character to the shoe. I also think it’s a great touch to incorporate the inside swoosh how it was, it’s not very often that you see a swoosh that’s out of place or placed somewhere they normally aren’t let alone sideways! Great shoe overall. Good arch support as well for basketball, and I usually have a problem with the support around the ankles, but not with these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited for these shoes. I love the color/look. These things have great grip. Walking on wet tile without sliding around was very impressive. However, they fit very tight and take a while to break in; especially in the ankle area. They feel like you’re wearing a hard ankle brace; but only on the backs of your ankles. It pinches the back of your ankles. I worked an 8hr shift(nurse) in these and at hour 6 I could not wait to take these shoes off. I literally drove home barefoot. My ankles ached after wearing these all day. Never felt that with a tennis shoe before it was so odd.

The show is soooo comfortable and perfect for a game of basketball. I have a big complaint, though. It's super snug. I put these on to go to the movies (just for a first wear) and my feet were screaming! It was tight from every angle except the toe area. I feel like if I go up a size, the toe area would be too lose. I'm going to try to break them in some more, but as a frequent Nike/Jordan brand shoe buyer, this is by far the tightest shoe I've ever worn. Please go try these on in the store before buying!

These shoes are absolute garbage. They did not last my daughter even 6 months and the soles are coming off, the fabric is shredding and laces are nearly worn through. This is the 3rd and final pair of Nike basketball shoes I will buy. She plays indoor volleyball and these shoes are strictly worn on the gym floor only, they never leave her bag unless she’s at practice of has a game. Extremely disappointed in Nike, I was a person that only ever bought Nike athletic shoes but I am taking my money elsewhere.

The design is top-notch – sleek, modern, and stylish. They look great both on and off the court, adding a cool factor to my overall appearance.
The fabric used in these shoes is high-quality, and it feels durable. It offers excellent breathability, keeping my feet cool and comfortable during intense games.
What I like most about the ION 1 is their overall performance. They provide excellent traction, support, and comfort, making them my go-to choice for basketball. If I had to change one thing, I'd maybe add more color options to suit different tastes, but that's a minor detail. These shoes are a slam dunk!

I’m not typically one to write a review, but these shoes are so good that they deserve one!
If you are a player who creates off the bounce, these shoes are phenomenal. They feel explosive, quick, and light on the feet. The court I play on isn’t always the cleanest, and the traction is great especially for step backs, quick start stops and shifting side to side. They fit true to size and become better each time I play. I hope they hold up over the long run. Highly recommend!
