[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic tongue digs into my calf and is super uncomfortable for golfing. Other samba golf shoes that I have purchased have shorter leather tongue. This looks like they took the indoor soccer shoe and put a golf sole on it. Please do better! I love the style and comfort of the samba on the golf course, but his new version is flawed in this one way. I have recommended past versions of the shoe to several friends and get numerous comments on the style of the shoe on the golf course. Please fix the tongue and you have a true winner. If there is a way to get it fixed on my shoe, please let me know!

I bought my first pair of adidas samba golf shoes 5 years ago. It was a golf specific product with additional stitching and water resistant materials. The tongue of the shoe was soft leather. The current shoe is an indoor soccer samba upper on a golf sole. Not really water proof and quality is not as good. The styling is great and the sole works well for golf stability. They are not comfortable largely due to the use of the tongue made for indoor soccer. The rubber/plastic tongue digs into your shin if you are wearing shorts. Please at least bring back the leather tongue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright the good and the bad. First, I am biased. Sambas are, by far, my favorite shoe and I own MANY pairs. These are Sambas in almost all ways which is good. They look great, the broke in nicely and are comfortable, if you like how Sambas feel. Now they are Sambas which means they are not water tight so if you are playing in anything wet expect damp feet (and some possible black color transfer). The toe box, even for a Samba, is narrow (I wish these were built off the Millennium platform which were roomier). Last the sole is pretty stiff compared to a classic Samba and the spikeless traction was adequate but not Adidas's best. They are good but could have been great. If you are a Samba fan and a golfer these rock...if you are looking for the best golf shoe Adidas has keep looking.

Shoe looked nice out of the box. It fit well and the width was good, but I had to return them due to a squeaking noise coming from the shoe every time I moved. Unfortunately us golfers shuffle/move our feet a lot and these shoes squeaked every time I did. One other thing I viewed to be a problem was the toe box material wrinkled quite a bit after only 1 round. Love the look, but not the quality of product. Had to return.

If you love adidas how can you not love the samba. These golf shoes come up small so do buy the next size up and then they are perfect. Also they do squeak … so a little Vaseline on the tongue soon sorts that out it’s just the materials in the shoe. I love my sambas for golf they are very comfortable and look great with every outfit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them as a gift for my husband who is a golf pro (so he wears his golf shoes all day every day) and at first they were great but about an hour or two into his day he had to switch shoes because the tongue was really stiff and was cutting into his ankle. Such a bummer bc they weren’t cheap and now we are stuck with them.

I like these shoes. They look good and are comfortable, but they are squeaky. I've worn them for a couple of rounds and even around the house to help break them in. It has gotten better, but hopefully with a little more time the squeak will go away completely.

The tongue in the shoe is made of artificial material and irritates my shin when I wear short foot socks. As others have mentioned, they are incredibly noisy. I love My Normal street Sambas. They are all leather uppers I believe, including a very soft tongue.
