adidas have managed to squeeze an extra 9mm into the forefoot and heel of the Ultraboost 5, giving a 2% increase in energy return, all while managing to get the overall weight even lower than before, thanks to an update to their legendary ultraboost foam, now called Light BOOST.All that extra foam gets held in form by a torsion system visible through the outsole, to ensure you have stability you need, as well as the plush and comfortable ride they are known for.Underfoot, continental rubber in high wear areas gives excellent traction and durability and surrounding the foot, a sock like fit of Primeknit hugs the foot for a comfortable hold, with a sleek, uncluttered style.

Midfoot cage causes excruciating pain

The Midfoot cage hits right on the bone on the inside and it has no internal padding due to which it causes extreme pain it is difficult to even walk in this pair after running in it for a couple of days. It keeps pushing into the same bone and causes swelling after a couple of runs due to which the pain is unbearable after a couple of days. If you have wide feet stay away from this pair i sized up a whole size from my regular size and still this issue pertains.

These ones are very light it's amazing how light they are. I was late to the Ultraboost bandwagon I started in 21's found those to be very comfortable. I didn't purchase 22 and I didn't purchase 23's simply because I thought they looked too similar to the ones I already had I got 3 different colour ways of 21's so felt I was saturated in that style. I am not a runner I just like the look of them and the comfort. However I did purchase these let's call them 24's because they didn't look anything like the previous 3 years . these are very light u noticed that even when you pick the trainers up in the box, you would think there not in there that's how light they are. very comfortable perhaps even more comfy then 21's and I considered them very comfortable indeed. I noticed some other colour ways I like so I will definitely get another pair.
