    The adidas adizero Takumi Sen 8 sandwiches energy rods between layers of lightweight, resilient, and responsive lightstrike pro cushinoning.

    The glass fibre energy rods are tuned specifically for between 5k and half marathon distances, with a new material and rods aligned with sport science data for maximum effect. They create snappy propulsion at toe off and increase running economy.

    The upper has a barely there feel, so that nothing gets in your way. Breathable comfort is achieved through a flexibility that is supported in specific areas based on Aramis computer modelling data.

    Underneath a mix of continental rubber at key traction zones and textile rubber keeps the weight to a minimum while maximising traction.
