    Mizuno Womens Wave Inspire 19

    Offering the same reliable support, with a new ride, the Mizuno Women’s Wave Inspire 19 in Snow White/High-Vis Pink/Purple Punch adds propulsive Enerzy foam across the whole footbed for maximum energy return.

    Already a stability legend, the Mizuno Women’s Wave Inspire 19 is completely re designed to offer a more cushioned ride, with smoother, supportive propulsion.

    With a high quality look, the double layered jacquard mesh upper is enhanced with a PU print 3D frame and medial PU support strap to give you the hold and fit you need.

    The bouncy and responsive Mizuno Enerzy foam midsole is thicker than the previous midsole, increasing the distance between foot and wave plate for improved cushioning and comfort.

    The wave plate has a fortified design on the medial side to prevent deformation, but features a smooth shape for a stable transition through your stride. On the lateral side the design is more like the Wave Rider, offering a stable and soft landing that moves smoothly through to toe off.

    Take to the pavements in a stability shoe that offers all the hold you need, without an intrusive feel, and an energetic new midsole that will give miles of bounce to your daily training.

    Wave Inspire

    Ideal for overpronators, the Wave Inspire combines a lightweight design with moderate structure on the inside of the shoe, offering the same long-distance comfort and smooth ride as the Wave Rider while also correcting your stride.

    Structured

    Structured shoes offer stability and support that is particularly helpful for those who overpronate or have flat feet. If you overpronate, you belong to about 60% of the population who land on the outside of the foot but turn in too far through the transition from landing to toe-off. Without correction, overpronation can lead to injuries and an inefficient running style.
