January Football Boot Releases Timeline

Wednesday 6th – Nike ‘Mad Energy’ Pack

Nike came out swinging for 2024 with the ‘Mad Energy’ pack, throwing fresh coats of paint on the Mercurial, Phantom GX II, and Tiempo Legend X. The “Ember Glow” Mercurial, “Mint” Phantom, and “Hot Lava” Tiempo bring the fire visually, but under the hood? Business as usual. No major upgrades, just a fresh look to kick off the year.

Thursday 9th – PUMA ‘Unlimited’ Pack

PUMA turned heads with the Future 8, flanked by the PUMA Ultra 5 and King updates. The Future 8, dressed in “Black/Red/White”, flexes FLEXIGILITY for explosive moves and the FUZIONFIT adaptive fit for that locked-in feel. With Neymar Jr. and Jack Grealish lacing up in them, this one’s a power move from PUMA.

Thursday 9th – adidas ‘Pure Victory’ Pack

adidas started 2025 with the 'Pure Victory' Pack, dressing up the Predator 25, F50, and new COPA Pure III in a bold red, white, and black palette. The adidas Predator 25 leads the pack with a Lucid Red/White/Black colour scheme that draws its inspiration from the legendary Predator Accelerator 1998.

Friday 17th – Under Armour ‘Shadow Elite 3.0’ & ‘Magnetico 4.0’

Under Armour’s putting out some incredible football boots. The Shadow Elite 3.0 in “Black/Red/Metallic Gun Metal” comes loaded with a knitted upper, 3D geometry, and a NeverWet coating to keep the grip tight. The Magnetico 4.0 stays true to its roots with that snug, second-skin comfort.

Monday 20th – Nike Haaland CH2 Phantom GXII

Nike handed Erling Haaland his second signature boot—the Nike Phantom GX II ‘Force9’ in “Blue Void/Chrome”. One for the collectors and built for Haaland to bang in goals.

Tuesday 21st – adidas Predator ‘Year of the Snake’

Lunar New Year celebrations kicked in with adidas dropping the Predator 25 ‘Year of the Snake’ in “Lucid Red/Gold”. Snakeskin-inspired upper, bold detailing—this one’s built for ballers who like their boots loud.

Tuesday 21st – New Balance ‘Fresh Look’ Pack

New Balance kept it clean with refreshes for the New Balance Furon , Tekela, and 442. The Furon and 442 got a “White/Red/Yellow” makeover, while the Tekela V4 opted for a stealthy black look. Classic NB—understated but effective.

Thursday 23rd – adidas ‘Stealth Victory’ Pack

Adidas brought the dark side to the Predator 25, F50, and adidas COPA Pure III, going all-black with subtle red accents. A slick alternative for those who prefer to let their football do the talking.

Thursday 23rd – PUMA ‘Whiteout’ & ‘Eclipse’ Packs

PUMA played both ends—the Whiteout Pack stripped things down to all-white, while the Eclipse Pack went for blackout vibes with slight colour pops. Whether you want clean elegance or lowkey menace, they’ve got you covered. The PUMA King from the Eclipse Pack were a firm favourite in our office—classic, stealthy, and built to boss the pitch.

Monday 27th – Nike Tiempo Legend X Luxe

Nike dipped into their premium bag with the Tiempo Legend X Luxe, paying homage to Andrea Pirlo. Crafted in Montebelluna, wrapped in a “Port Wine” finish, this is elegance personified. Pure luxury for those who appreciate the finer things.

Tuesday 28th – Diadora Brasil Next40

Diadora took the sustainability game up a level with the Diadora Brasil Next40—crafted from recycled materials, but still delivering that top-tier quality. A win for the planet, a win for the purists.

Thursday 30th – adidas ‘Polar Victory’ Pack

adidas balanced out their stealth victory drop with the ‘Polar Victory’ Pack—Predator 25, adidas F50, and Copa Pure III dressed in pristine white with icy blue accents. An ice-cold masterpiece built for ballers who thrive in any conditions.

Thursday 30th – PUMA ‘Light Up’ Pack

PUMA shone a spotlight on the women’s game with the ‘Light Up’ Pack, a women’s-exclusive collection engineered for a lower instep and adapted volume. Wrapped in “Icy Blue/Puma White”, the Ultra, PUMA Future, and King continue the Brilliance initiative—another step towards better boot tech for female ballers.
