[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a stylish and functional cleat look no further than Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Academy MG Low-Top Soccer Cleats. These cleats are clean, or as my son would say they are tough. The cleats were a bit narrow for me, I have a wide flat foot. My son was happy that they were a bit too narrow for me and quickly swiped them. The color was a match for his school colors and he took no time it testing them out. He said they are comfortable, flexible and supportive. He has no issues keeping traction in the muddy grass. He said he would recommend these cleats and was excited that he got to swipe them from me.

The cleats were designed with a wavy pattern to provide better grip and traction on the field. However, despite their innovative design, they were too small for the intended wearer and had to be returned or exchanged for a larger size.One downside of these cleats is that they tend to run small, so it's important to order a size up for a proper fit. However, the overall quality and performance of the cleats make them a great choice for any athlete. I would definitely recommend these just get a size or two up so it can be perfect for your feet.

These cleats provide phenomenal traction and more grip. The material is a good thick leather that allows your feet to move effortlessly. These cleats protect your feet even in the toughest of weather conditions which is a huge plus given those snow/rain days. My daughter loves the colors! Main color being light purple which is a bonus for the girlies. These cleats are made well with the highest quality material to match. Don’t sleep on these cleats, they may be the best cleats you’ve ever had!

The fit: For a 10.5 it’s pretty tight and I hope it opens up a bit more over time. While playing, my toes started hurting as it felt pretty crammed in the front of the shoe.
The material lets the wind/cold through to the point where my toes got cold mid play.
The cleats are light and it helps with the ball touch.
I liked the color and design of the shoe a lot.
The two things I would change are the fit it is pretty tight for the size. I would make it warmer so that it can be used throughout the year or different seasons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleats fit true to size. The upper conforms to the shape of your foot and is durable enough to take a beating.
I enjoy running in these on the field since you can really feel the studs dig into the ground. Gives quite a bit of a confidence boost. All the studs are placed perfectly for support and the upper is comfortable enough for long games. Its softer that most leathers but feels really good and feels breathable.
The only thing I would change is the tongue. Maybe it’s just me but after a while it starts sinking into the inside of the shoe so I have to pull it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a general cleat I liked them a lot, I would recommend it for lacrosse or ultimate or anything else where you don’t need ball control off your foot. For the price, the cleat molding is exactly the same as the more expensive model, however the materials are a bit stiffer. Again if you want to save some money and it’s not for soccer I think it’s a great option, they are barely heavier and materials are decent. Now as a soccer cleat you just can’t get the control you really need if you are lets call it average to advanced and if you’re trying to get better at soccer spend a little more on the nicer version of this cleat you will be happy you did. You just can’t get as much controlled ball spin on shots with these.

Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your football boots, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Firm Ground
Boots with Firm Ground soleplates are only to be used on natural, short-grass surfaces that are firm underfoot but may be slightly wet. Designed specifically for this playing surface, they offer acceleration, comfort, and enhanced traction, dispersing stud pressure evenly across the foot. FG soleplates are fixed (not removable) and are used worldwide; wetter countries tend to use them spring to autumn. FG boots are not to be used on artificial ground (AG) surfaces as the construction is not designed for the extra friction. Using FG boots on AG surfaces will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
